This week it was all about the color RED! We came up with a list of all red things that we can find! On Monday, we read the book "Red". During center time, we made handprint strawberries! Check these out as they are hanging on our classroom windows! On Tuesday, the kiddos practiced their coloring and holding a crayon. On Wednesday, the kiddos each colored their own red crown. On Thursday, the kiddos colored their red book and we even read it together! I hope they went home and read it with you all as well. On Friday, we had our Fun Friday!! This Friday was extra special as these little friends helped make my birthday extra special. We started our morning with Miss Jay's friends and listening to some friends from Helias read us a story. We learned all about the obstacle course that we do during our P.E. time. We had our first praise assembly of the year. It was a nonstop day of fun! Thank you to everyone who stopped to wish me a happy birthday today! Some of my friends got a prize for having 10 green days! I am so proud of how hard everyone has been working! I hope everyone has a wonderful extra long weekend and I will see you all on Tuesday! Enjoy the pictures from the week!

- Parent lunch day for last names A-E will be on Wednesday, September 4th. We eat at 10:30 am.

- Tuesday, September 10th is an early dismissal. We release at 1:15. There is no after care on early dismissal days!
