Happy September everyone! Man I feel like I blinked and August was over! This week our theme was family! On Tuesday, we learned all about the color blue! On Wednesday, we worked on the color purple. On Thursday, we started our alphabet a day rotation. We learned the letter Aa. We talked about how to make the letter Aa, what sound it is and we tried to find words that begin with that letter. On Friday, we learned the letter Bb. On Thursday and Friday, we started our first alphabet project of the year. We are adding stickers to form the different letters of the alphabet. On Friday, we had Fun Friday and got a chance to go to P.E. with the rest of the preschool classes! I hope everyone has a great weekend! I will see you all on Monday! Enjoy the photos from the week!
Important Dates in September
- Lunch reservations need to be made if you are joining for lunch for last names F-K by Monday, September 8th. You will email dschrimpf@stpeterjc.org
- Early out on Tuesday, September 9th. We will dismiss at 1:15 PM. There is no After Care on early out days.
- Mrs. Nikki will be gone on Thursday, September 11th for a professional development training!
- No school on Monday, September 15th.
- Parent lunch day for last names F-K is on Tuesday, September 16th.
- We will go to mass for the first time this school year on Wednesday, September 17th. Please try and have your child at school by 7:30 AM.
- You will need to make lunch reservations for last names L-R by Monday, September 22nd.
- Book orders are due by Friday, September 26th.
- Our September praise assembly will be Friday, September 26th.
- There is no school on Monday, September 29th.
