This week was all about St. Patrick's Day. On Monday, we made handprint leprechauns. These are hanging on the wall outside our classroom! Make sure to check them out because they turned out so cute! We also set out our leprechaun traps in order to try and catch one! On Tuesday, we celebrated St. Patrick's day all day! We had special green treats and played different games! Thank you to everyone who donated to help make our party a successful one! In the afternoon, we did a whip cream challenge against Miss Massman's second grade class. We had whip cream on our wrists and we tried to throw it up in the air and catch it in our mouth! It was a lot harder than it sounds! On Wednesday, we started talking about Jesus's journey and the beginning of the Easter Bible story! On Thursday, we practiced tracing our name, finished a special project for dad on Wednesday and enjoyed an extra recess thanks to Monsignor! I hope everyone enjoys the beautiful weather this weekend!
