This week was another great week full of learning and laughs! Our theme this week was "We're Going on a Bear Hunt!". We learned the letter Bb, the number 6, the shape of a diamond/rhombus, and the color purple! On Monday, we read a National Geographic Kids book called "Bears". We learned the song "We're going on a bear hunt". We got to practice making the letter B with our paint dobbers! On Tuesday, we read "Bears and Their Cubs". We made bears from blowing bubbles! We placed the bears on top of a bowl with soap, water, and food coloring and blew as hard as we could to make bubbles on the paper! These are hanging on the cabinets in our classroom if you want to come in and check them out! On Wednesday we read "A Den is a Bed for a Bear". Then we made bear puppets. Check them out as they are hanging on our classroom door! They turned out so cute! On Thursday, we read "Don't Wake the Bear!". We got to color pictures of our own bear and make them what we wanted them to look like. On Friday, We read "We're Going on a Bear Hunt!" We also got to make our very own bear ear hats! The kids loved walking around the room acting and growling like little bears! I hope everyone enjoys their weekend! Enjoy the photos from the week below! I will see you all on Monday!
